We have negotiated the most competitive rate possible and this is passed on directly to the seller. As we do not incorporate this cost into our fees, you retain ownership of the HIP.

We operate on a No Sale No Fee basis with a transparent fee structure, so if we don't sell your property, we don't get paid.
